Where the model works today

Crops

Mallorn's model is trained on real field imagery, not a generic plant classifier, so it only detects what it's actually seen. Here's exactly what that covers today, and what's next.

In the training set today

In dataset

Corn

Row crop royalty. The midwestern belt runs on it.

In dataset

Soybean

Corn's partner in the rotation, just as sharp.

Expanding next

These aren't trained yet. They're next based on where Mallorn's approach extends most directly, and where we're already scoping new markets.

Planned

Wheat

Broad-acre US row crop. Same weed-pressure and nutrient-stress signals as corn and soy, just not yet in the training set.

Planned

Rice

A priority as we scope expansion into Latin America, where mechanized rice acreage is significant.

Planned

Oil palm

A priority as we scope expansion into Latin America's plantation crops.

Planned

Sugarcane

A priority as we scope expansion into Latin America, alongside rice and oil palm.
