Mallorn (“we”, “us”) operates mallorn.app and is building an onboard AI for spray drones. This page explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you join the early-access list or express investor interest, we collect the email address you submit and, only if you choose to answer the optional dropdowns, your role and how you’d use Mallorn.
- Limited technical details. When you submit the form, we also record your browser’s user-agent string and the page that referred you, to prevent spam and understand where interest comes from.
- Approximate location. Cloudflare resolves your IP address to a rough location before your request reaches us, and we save that location (city, region, and country) with your signup so we can see which regions interest is coming from. We do not store the IP address itself. The location is only ever accurate to roughly the city, never to a street or an individual.
- Aggregate visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and referring sites bring people in. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot follow you to other websites.
- No tracking cookies. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access, the pilot program, product updates, or, if relevant, investment discussions.
- To understand demand and prioritize pilots.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Where it’s stored
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and email is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare processes this data as our infrastructure provider, and the approximate location described above comes from its edge network rather than any separate geolocation service. Cloudflare Web Analytics reports visit statistics in aggregate only and is not linked to your signup record. We also use Google Search Console to see how the site performs in search; it reports aggregate data and does not place cookies on this site.
Who can see it
Signup data is only visible to Mallorn team members, through an internal, password-protected tool. It is not accessible to the public and is never displayed on the site.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as Cloudflare), or where required by law.
Retention
We keep signup information until it is no longer needed or you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, no account or login needed, and it takes effect immediately. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@mallorn.app. If you are in a region with data-protection laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we’ll help you exercise them.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
