Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These terms govern your use of mallorn.app and, where noted below, the Mallorn product and service. By using the site or the product, you agree to them.
Pre-launch information
Mallorn is in active development. Information on this site is provided for general information only and may change. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, or a guarantee of future performance, pricing, or availability.
Two things follow from that, and we would rather say them plainly than bury them. Product imagery on this site is concept renders, not photographs of built hardware. No production units exist, and the enclosures, ports, mounts, dimensions, finish, and configuration shown are design intent that will change. Performance figures are offline model validation, not field trial results. Detection accuracy is measured on held-out imagery rather than in flight, and we have not yet measured how much chemical a Mallorn-equipped aircraft saves over a season. Neither the imagery nor the figures should be relied on as a description of a product you can buy today.
Early access & investor interest
Joining the early-access list or expressing investor interest simply registers your interest. It does not create a contract or obligation for either party. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and no such offer or solicitation will be made except through definitive offering documents and in compliance with applicable securities laws.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, together with the “Mallorn” name, logo, and marks, are owned by Mallorn. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or submit other people’s personal information without their consent.
Mallorn is a delivery system, not the chemical
This section applies to your use of the Mallorn product and service, not just this website. Mallorn supplies a valve unit that fits inline on your spray line, and it controls when and how far that valve opens. It does not manufacture, sell, label, or recommend any herbicide, pesticide, fertilizer, or other chemical product, and it does not supply your tank, your nozzles, or the aircraft. You are solely responsible for: selecting a chemical product that is legally labeled and approved for your use and jurisdiction; confirming that chemical is compatible with the wetted materials of the valve unit and the rest of your line; loading, calibrating, and maintaining your own tank, nozzles, and equipment; fitting the valve unit correctly and leak-free to your line; complying with all applicable pesticide and herbicide laws and label instructions; and any drift, misapplication, crop damage, environmental harm, or other consequence resulting from the chemical product you choose to apply. Mallorn is not liable for damages, regulatory violations, or third-party claims arising from the chemical you use with Mallorn.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mallorn is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
